Keep eClinicalWorks/healow (Open Access reads and writes against the eClinicalWorks practice schedule, so the slot lands on the same provider calendar used for documentation, orders, and billing with no double-entry); cut Artera. Per-provider control over how much schedule to publish replaces Artera's slot-exposure configuration.
