Move your team from AskYourPDF to Claude.
Each person gets a short interview, then a personalized step-by-step guide showing exactly where their saved work, prompts, and projects land in Claude — and the few things that need a manual step, walked through. You send one invite; nobody becomes the help desk, and nothing in AskYourPDF is changed or cancelled. Want to see where you’re paying for both first? Run the free audit.
Recreate an AskYourPDF knowledge base as a Claude Project: create a Project, then upload the same PDFs/documents into the Project's knowledge so every conversation in that Project can reference them. Replace AskYourPDF's per-doc chats with Project conversations that already have the source files in context; ask the same questions and request citations or quoted passages in the prompt. For a one-off document you don't need a Project — just attach the PDF to a single chat.
- Warning: Claude has no built-in 'cite the source page' toggle equivalent to AskYourPDF's cite_source; you must ask Claude to quote or reference the passages it used, and verify them yourself.
- Warning: Files added to a Claude Project's knowledge are capped at ~30 MB each and PDFs parse best up to ~100 pages, whereas AskYourPDF paid plans ingest documents of thousands of pages — very large files may need splitting before upload.
