Move Sembly meeting capture to Fireflies: connect the calendar so the Fireflies Notetaker (Fred) auto-joins Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and Webex calls, then relies on Fireflies' post-meeting transcription with speaker diarization (Sembly itself supports those same four platforms with speaker identification across ~48 languages). Before switching, export your Sembly transcripts and generated notes/documents (Word/PDF) and store them, since Fireflies only transcribes meetings recorded after onboarding. Map Sembly's automatic task/action-item detection onto Fireflies action items, and rebuild Sembly custom note sections as Fireflies summary templates.
