Move your team from lemlist to Salesforge.
Each person gets a short interview, then a personalized step-by-step guide showing exactly where their saved work, prompts, and projects land in Salesforge — and the few things that need a manual step, walked through. You send one invite; nobody becomes the help desk, and nothing in lemlist is changed or cancelled. Want to see where you’re paying for both first? Run the free audit.
Both tools generate personalized outreach copy from prospect data — lemlist's lemAgent researches prospects via LinkedIn, web signals, and Claap call recordings to populate variables in email and LinkedIn templates, while Salesforge's AI generates tailored email copy per contact using data already in the sequence. When migrating from lemlist to Salesforge: export your lemlist sequence templates (Settings → Templates) and identify every personalization variable (e.g. {{firstName}}, {{company}}); recreate those variables as custom fields in Salesforge's sequence builder; connect your prospect data source (CSV upload or CRM sync) so Salesforge's AI personalization engine has sufficient prospect context to generate copy. Credit budgets differ — lemlist charges intent signal credits separately (20–400 credits per signal type), whereas Salesforge bundles personalization credits into the plan (100/month Pro, 1,000/month Growth). Plan your credit consumption before switching to avoid sticker shock on intent-heavy workflows.
- Warning: lemlist's Signal agents monitor LinkedIn activity and web intent signals in near-real-time; Salesforge's AI personalization generates copy from static prospect fields at send time and does not have an equivalent intent-monitoring agent.
- Warning: Salesforge's AI personalization is English-only on the Pro plan; multi-language personalization (20+ languages) requires Growth or Agent Frank plans. lemlist has no documented per-language plan restriction.
- Warning: lemlist charges intent signal credits separately (20–400 credits per signal), which can add cost beyond the seat fee; Salesforge bundles personalization credits in the plan but caps them at 100 (Pro) or 1,000 (Growth) per month.
Both tools offer native two-way CRM sync with major platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and extend coverage via Zapier/Make. Migrating CRM sync from lemlist to Salesforge: disconnect the lemlist CRM native connector (Settings → Integrations in lemlist) to stop duplicate syncing; then connect the same CRM in Salesforge (Settings → Integrations). Map equivalent field mappings — lemlist syncs email open/click/reply events, call outcomes, and LinkedIn activity; Salesforge syncs engagement activity from sequences. Test with a small sample of contacts to confirm fields land in the correct CRM properties before running full campaigns. Migrating from Salesforge to lemlist: connect the CRM via lemlist's native connector and set up field mappings; for enrichment data flows (Leadsforge, Databar.ai on Salesforge side), replicate via lemlist's Leadfuze, Uplead, or Apollo integrations. For any tool not covered by native connectors on either side, use Zapier (lemlist supports 5,000+ tools; Salesforge supports 3,000+ via Zapier).
- Warning: lemlist's native CRM connectors include Close.io, Zoho CRM, and Breakcold, which are not listed as native integrations in Salesforge — teams using those CRMs would need to fall back to Zapier/Make on the Salesforge side.
- Warning: Salesforge's REST API and webhooks require Growth plan or above; lemlist's API access (developer.lemlist.com) is available on all paid plans, making it more accessible for custom integrations.
- Warning: lemlist documents specific enrichment partners (Leadfuze, Uplead, Apollo, Clay); Salesforge's enrichment partners (Leadsforge, Databar.ai, Persana AI, Bitscale) are different products — existing enrichment workflows will need to be rebuilt with Salesforge-compatible vendors.
Both tools provide email warm-up and sender health monitoring as core platform features. Migrating from lemlist to Salesforge: pause lemlist's warm-up on the sending domain and let any queued warm-up cycles complete (typically 2–4 weeks); then connect the same mailbox(es) to Salesforge and enable Warmforge warm-up (Settings → Mailboxes). Monitor the Salesforge mailbox heat score daily until it reaches a healthy level before launching campaigns. lemlist's Deliverability Hub also surfaces blacklist status; replicate this with Salesforge's ESP checker and deliverability test tools. Migrating from Salesforge to lemlist: disable Warmforge, reconnect the mailbox in lemlist, and turn on lemlist's built-in warm-up. Check domain health scores in lemlist's Deliverability Hub before starting new campaigns. In either direction, avoid running two warm-up systems on the same mailbox simultaneously.
- Warning: lemlist's Email plan allows unlimited email senders per user seat; the Multichannel plan caps at 5 senders per user. Salesforge supports unlimited mailboxes on all paid plans, which is an advantage for high sender-count teams.
- Warning: Salesforge's warm-up is powered by the Warmforge integration (a sister product); if Warmforge has a service disruption, warm-up pauses. lemlist's warm-up is native and does not depend on an external product.
- Warning: Neither tool publishes SLAs for warm-up pool size or delivery-rate guarantees, so actual warm-up ramp time can vary.
Both tools build step-by-step outreach sequences across email and LinkedIn; lemlist also covers phone calls, SMS, and WhatsApp. To migrate from lemlist to Salesforge: export all active sequences from lemlist (Campaigns → export or via the lemlist API at developer.lemlist.com); document each step type, delay, and conditional branch; rebuild the email and LinkedIn steps in Salesforge's sequence builder. LinkedIn senders must be reconnected in Salesforge (Settings → LinkedIn). A/B test variants can be recreated in Salesforge's A/B testing feature, available on Growth and above. For lemlist SMS or WhatsApp steps (Multichannel plan), note there is no direct Salesforge equivalent — these channels would need to be handled via a Zapier/Make integration or dropped from the sequence. To migrate from Salesforge to lemlist: export sequence analytics and templates, then rebuild in lemlist's sequence builder; add SMS and calling steps if the Multichannel plan is active.
- Warning: lemlist's SMS and WhatsApp steps have no equivalent native channel in Salesforge — these touch-points must be handled by external automation or cut from the sequence.
- Warning: Salesforge caps LinkedIn senders at 1 on Pro plan; lemlist's Multichannel plan supports up to 5 sender accounts per user. Teams with multiple LinkedIn senders need Salesforge Growth.
- Warning: lemlist Email plan caps sends at 5,000 emails/month; Salesforge does not publish a per-plan email volume cap but limits personalization credits, which indirectly constrains personalized sends.
- Warning: A/B testing of sequence steps is only available on Salesforge Growth and above; lemlist includes it on paid plans without a documented tier restriction.
Both tools consolidate inbound replies from outreach channels into a single inbox so reps avoid context-switching between email clients and LinkedIn. Migrating from lemlist to Salesforge (Primebox): reconnect each mailbox and LinkedIn account in Salesforge (Settings → Mailboxes / LinkedIn); replies from active sequences will route to Primebox automatically from that point forward. Historical reply threads from lemlist are not transferable — archive or screenshot important conversations before switching. Salesforge Primebox adds AI-suggested smart replies on Growth plan; if the team was manually writing all follow-ups in lemlist, this is an additive capability to configure. Migrating from Salesforge to lemlist: reconnect senders in lemlist; the lemlist unified inbox supports email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and SMS channels simultaneously once those steps are included in sequences.
- Warning: lemlist's unified inbox includes in-app call logs on the Multichannel plan; Salesforge Primebox does not aggregate phone call records.
- Warning: AI-suggested smart replies (Primebox AI) are only available on Salesforge Growth and above; lemlist's inbox does not currently offer AI reply suggestions.
- Warning: lemlist's Multichannel plan supports up to 5 sender accounts per user in the inbox; Salesforge Primebox aggregates unlimited connected mailboxes on all plans, which is better for high-mailbox-count teams.
