To switch from Freed to Nabla: verify that the specific languages your patient population uses are in Nabla's 35+ language list; Freed's broader 90+ language coverage may matter for languages outside major Western and South/East Asian sets. In Nabla, set the desired output language for notes and patient summaries in account settings. Recreate these preferences in Nabla's template settings — select the matching specialty from Nabla's 50+ specialty library and then use Custom Instructions and the note-formatting controls (paragraph vs bullet, detail level) to approximate Freed's layout. Nabla's Dot Phrases (macros that expand into structured sections) replace Freed's custom template snippets — build equivalent Dot Phrases for recurring sections you relied on.
