Move your team from Salesloft to Amplemarket.
Each person gets a short interview, then a personalized step-by-step guide showing exactly where their saved work, prompts, and projects land in Amplemarket — and the few things that need a manual step, walked through. You send one invite; nobody becomes the help desk, and nothing in Salesloft is changed or cancelled. Want to see where you’re paying for both first? Run the free audit.
Both products provide an AI layer that reduces manual rep research and task-triage by automatically surfacing next actions from detected signals. Moving Amplemarket → Salesloft: Amplemarket's Duo Copilot researches prospects and auto-builds personalized sequences from detected signals (website visits, job changes, funding news, social activity); Salesloft Rhythm translates a similar signal set into a ranked action feed (Focus Zones) and automated Plays. After cutover, configure Rhythm Plays for your highest-value trigger types (e.g., email opened, deal stage stalled) in Salesloft Settings > Rhythm > Plays. Duo Copilot's auto-sequence generation has no exact analog in Salesloft — reps will draft and launch Cadences manually or use Cadence templates, rather than having the AI build a fresh sequence per prospect. Moving Salesloft → Amplemarket: enable Duo Copilot in Amplemarket (Growth plan and above) and configure which signal categories to monitor; Duo Copilot will then propose personalized sequences. Rhythm's manager-facing coaching scorecards and meeting-prep cheat sheets do not have a direct Amplemarket counterpart.
- Warning: Amplemarket's Duo Copilot automatically builds new personalized multichannel sequences per prospect from detected signals; Salesloft Rhythm produces a ranked task list and Plays but does not auto-generate new Cadence sequences — reps must still choose and launch a Cadence template.
- Warning: Duo Copilot is included only on Growth and Elite plans; Startup plan users would lose the AI agent capability entirely when moving from Salesloft to Amplemarket at the entry tier.
- Warning: Salesloft Rhythm includes AI-drafted follow-up emails post-meeting (from Conversations data); Amplemarket's Duo Inbox (AI reply assistant) is an add-on on Growth and included only on Elite.
Both tools ingest buyer signals and surface prioritized rep actions; the key migration step is re-connecting your signal sources to the new platform. Moving Amplemarket → Salesloft: Amplemarket monitors website visits, job changes, competitor reviews, social engagement, Slack communities, and funding news; Salesloft Rhythm ingests email-open events, call outcomes, website visits (via partner integrations), deal stage changes, and buyer intent scores from connected tools. After migration, connect your intent data providers (e.g., G2, Bombora) to Salesloft via the App Directory to restore third-party signals. Job-change monitoring available in Amplemarket (up to 2,000 contacts on Elite) is not natively replicated in Salesloft — use LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration instead. Moving Salesloft → Amplemarket: Rhythm's automated Plays (e.g., auto-draft follow-up after meeting) have a partial analog in Amplemarket's Duo Copilot, which builds sequences from detected signals; configure Duo Copilot signal categories in Settings to mirror the signal types Rhythm was using.
- Warning: Amplemarket includes a built-in competitive intelligence signal (tracking who evaluates rival tools) on all plans; Salesloft Rhythm does not have this as a native signal source and requires a third-party intent provider for equivalent coverage.
- Warning: Amplemarket's job-change alerts are capped by plan tier (500 on Startup, 2,000 on Elite); Salesloft does not offer native job-change alerts and relies on LinkedIn Sales Navigator or enrichment integrations for this signal.
- Warning: Salesloft Rhythm's Focus Zones and Priority Accounts Agent are tightly integrated with deal and pipeline data from Salesforce; teams not using Salesforce as their CRM will get a degraded signal feed.
Both platforms offer two-way Salesforce sync and HubSpot connectivity; the migration is primarily re-authorizing your CRM connection and remapping field sync settings. Moving Amplemarket → Salesloft: disconnect Amplemarket's Salesforce or HubSpot integration in Amplemarket Settings > Integrations, then in Salesloft go to Settings > Integrations > CRM and authorize the same Salesforce org or HubSpot portal. Salesloft auto-logs activities to Salesforce; verify that field-mapping rules match what Amplemarket was writing (contact status fields, custom activity types). For HubSpot, note that Salesloft's native HubSpot integration is less deep than its Salesforce integration — confirm required fields sync correctly via test records before full cutover. Moving Salesloft → Amplemarket: authorize Salesforce or HubSpot in Amplemarket Settings > Integrations; Amplemarket also supports real-time HubSpot sync. Pipedrive users moving either direction need Zapier in Amplemarket; Salesloft does not natively list Pipedrive but allows Zapier connections via the App Directory. For custom integrations, both expose REST APIs and webhooks.
- Warning: Amplemarket natively integrates with HubSpot in both directions; Salesloft's HubSpot integration is less comprehensive than its Salesforce integration and some activity field mappings may not carry over without custom configuration.
- Warning: Amplemarket includes direct integrations with AI/developer tools (ChatGPT, Claude, MCP) and dialers (Nooks, Orum, Trellus); Salesloft covers different dialer and sales-tool partners — verify your current stack's connectors exist in the target App Directory before migrating.
- Warning: Salesloft's LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration enables prospecting directly in Salesloft; Amplemarket's LinkedIn outreach is a sequence step, not a native prospecting connector — this changes the LinkedIn workflow materially.
Both platforms run multi-step outreach sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn; the core migration is re-building your playbooks in the target tool. Moving Amplemarket → Salesloft: export active sequence templates from Amplemarket (Settings > Sequences > Export or use the REST API), then recreate each as a Cadence in Salesloft (Cadences > Create), mapping each step type — email, call, LinkedIn touch — to the equivalent Cadence step. Connect Gmail or Outlook via Salesloft Connect so email steps send from the rep's real inbox. Note that Amplemarket supports additional channels (WhatsApp, iMessage, Twitter/X, AI voice notes) that have no native Cadence equivalent; reps using those channels will need to handle them manually or via third-party integrations. Moving Salesloft → Amplemarket: replicate each Cadence as an Amplemarket Sequence, mapping steps across email, call, and LinkedIn. Amplemarket adds conditional branching and A/B testing of message variants natively; add these after replication for improved performance. In both directions, export any template copy from the source tool as plain text before deactivating, since sequence steps are not directly importable.
- Warning: Amplemarket natively supports WhatsApp, iMessage, Twitter/X, and AI voice notes as sequence steps; Salesloft Cadences have no equivalent native steps for these channels, so outreach using those channels cannot be directly migrated.
- Warning: Salesloft Cadence requires the Salesloft Connect browser extension for email steps; any rep without the extension installed will be unable to execute email steps from the Cadence.
- Warning: Amplemarket's Unibox aggregates replies across all channels into one inbox view; Salesloft does not have a unified multi-channel reply inbox, so reps must monitor replies per channel separately.
Amplemarket and Salesloft approach voice very differently: Amplemarket's Duo Voice generates personalized outbound AI voice notes (audio messages sent as sequence steps), while Salesloft Conversations records and AI-analyzes completed calls and meetings. There is no direct functional replacement for Duo Voice in Salesloft. Moving Amplemarket → Salesloft: reps who relied on AI voice notes as a sequence step should replace that step type with a Salesloft Cadence call step (a prompted live call) or a personalized email step. To gain call recording and intelligence on the Salesloft side, ensure Salesloft Conversations is enabled (the platform auto-joins calls made via Salesloft Dialer or connected video conferencing). Moving Salesloft → Amplemarket: activate Duo Voice (Growth plan and above) in Amplemarket Settings > Integrations to add AI-generated voice notes as sequence steps. Salesloft's Conversations call library (transcripts, keyword trends, coaching scorecards) has no equivalent in Amplemarket — export call recordings from Salesloft before canceling if historical data must be retained.
- Warning: Salesloft has no outbound AI voice-note step; there is no Salesloft equivalent for Amplemarket Duo Voice, meaning teams that use voice notes as a differentiated outreach channel will lose that touchpoint entirely when moving to Salesloft.
- Warning: Amplemarket Duo Voice is only available on Growth and Elite plans; Startup plan users do not have access to it.
- Warning: Salesloft Conversations provides a full call-recording and coaching library (transcripts, Tracker Trends, manager scorecards); Amplemarket has no equivalent call-recording or coaching analytics, so moving to Amplemarket means losing that historical insight layer.
