Moving from Guidde to Tango: Tango exports guides as PDF, Markdown, and HTML (Pro and above); use Guidde's PDF export first to archive existing content, then re-record or manually recreate guides in Tango. Moving from Tango to Guidde: export Tango guides as PDF before cancelling; Guidde produces video + PDF from each recording and can export to PowerPoint starting on Pro ($19/creator/month). For shareable links (both Free), verify permissions before switching—Guidde links carry privacy controls configurable from Business up, while Tango links are open by default on Free.
- Warning: Guidde's PowerPoint (PPT) export and PDF export both require the Pro plan or above; Tango PDF/Markdown/HTML export also requires Pro. Free users on either side are limited to shareable links only.
- Warning: Guidde produces video files as a primary artifact; Tango produces annotated screenshots. There is no automated conversion between formats—video content from Guidde cannot be imported into Tango and vice versa.
