Both tools auto-evaluate sales calls against admin-defined criteria and surface per-rep coaching insights. Fathom uses 'Scorecards' tied to Meeting Types; tl;dv uses 'AI Coaching Hub' with configurable playbooks (BANT, MEDDIC, MEDDICC, or custom). To migrate from Fathom to tl;dv: recreate your scorecard criteria as a tl;dv playbook in the Coaching Hub (Settings → Coaching → Playbooks); assign it to the relevant call types. To migrate from tl;dv to Fathom: create a Scorecard in the Fathom Coaching tab, define topics/questions and grading criteria (Yes/Partial/No), and link it to the corresponding Meeting Type — Fathom will then auto-evaluate future calls of that type. To migrate from Fathom to tl;dv: new meetings recorded by tl;dv are immediately queryable; historical Fathom meetings cannot be imported directly, so plan for a transition period where some history lives only in Fathom. Fathom calls the collections 'playlists'; tl;dv generates shareable video clip links per segment. To migrate from Fathom to tl;dv: existing playlists cannot be exported directly — download relevant recordings from Fathom and re-clip them in tl;dv after re-uploading, or re-share the original Fathom share links while they remain active.
