Fathom uses 'Scorecards' tied to Meeting Types; tl;dv uses 'AI Coaching Hub' with configurable playbooks (BANT, MEDDIC, MEDDICC, or custom). To migrate from Fathom to tl;dv: recreate your scorecard criteria as a tl;dv playbook in the Coaching Hub (Settings → Coaching → Playbooks); assign it to the relevant call types. To migrate from Fathom to tl;dv: existing playlists cannot be exported directly — download relevant recordings from Fathom and re-clip them in tl;dv after re-uploading, or re-share the original Fathom share links while they remain active.
